Refunds

If you buy a $9 report and it was not worth it to you, we will refund it. No form, no argument.
The $9 Full Report
Email support@willitvibe.work within 7 days of purchase with the report link or your Stripe receipt, and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds usually land back on your card within 5 to 10 business days, that timing is on the card networks, not us.
One honest consequence: when a purchase is refunded, that report goes back to the free view for everyone with the link.
Pro subscriptions
You can cancel Pro anytime from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribed and changed your mind, email us within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund. The same 7-day window applies to a yearly renewal you did not mean to keep, just write within 7 days of the renewal charge.
What we do not refund
We cannot refund charges older than the windows above through this policy, and we may decline repeat refund-and-rebuy patterns on the same scans. If something about your situation does not fit these rules, email us anyway and we will figure it out like adults.
